The History of Greenwood is an ultimate “Do For Self” Entrepreneurs Guide. Which was highlighted by the Greenwood neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A successful, thriving community built by Black people that held a host of black doctors, dentist, barbershops, and many other affluent store owners. In the mid 1900’s, Macon, Georgia decided to take a page from the Greenwood neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and created its own version of Black Wallstreet, naming this area Greenwood Bottom, the rest is history!
About Us
We are paying homage to our ancestors, by taking the torch and continuing to progress, educate and uplift our youth through entrepreneurship. We believe the kids are our future and to make a difference we must make an impact, starting with our communities. By showing the kids of our communities a representation of what can be achieved by hard work, perseverance, and determination we spark the flame for motivated young entrepreneurs.
